Sorry for the late post. you know how it is being a parent. Today we used our imaginations. I brought out a blue blanket and a tan blanket and laid them on the ground side by side. The blue blanket was the water and the tan blanket was the sand. Me and my boys brought out the animals he has and we separated them on who lives in the water and who lives on land. His crocodile lives in a river and his lion lives on land that is what Edwin told me. A whale lives in the ocean and fishes live in the water that is what my son told me. He said that a zebra, horse, anklasoures and a giraffe lives on land.my other son was just coping everything Edwin was doing. I learned today that my oldest knows a lot of animal names and were they live. He knew what a whale shark is and an orca. He know that they live in the ocean. It made me happy to know that he knew and that He is teaching his little brother. I crochet a toddler scarf. My older son that it was a green snake. He was playing with it like a snake. His t rex at the snake because the snake was trying to eat the alligator. After seeing him playing with it and really looking at it. It did look like a snake. So I sewed on two eyes and crochet a red toug. Now it really did look like a snake. I love how children have imaginations. Because he seen the snake so did I. So i changed that scarf in to a snake for him. I also made a red snake for my other son. Know they both play with them together. Most of the tome the snakes are trying to eat the alligators or crocodiles .lol. I love my boys. 😘😄😃😀😚😗😙😊☺😳😁😉😍😜😝😛

Today my son Edwin peed in his Froggy Baby Urinal. I was so excited that I gave him several high fives. I was so excited that he finally went pee in potty. I bought a froggy baby urinal from amazon to see if my son would pee in it because I tried the potty chair and it did not work. he would pee in it in the beginning and then stopped. he did not want to use that potty anymore. so I got him a paw patrol seat cover for potty training. That worked in the begging. Then he stopped using it too. I did not know what too do. So I seen this potty urinal for boys online at Amazon and bought it. I wanted to try it out and see if he would pee in it. We had it for a week now and today is the first day he went pee in it. I was so happy. I did mot even remind him to go pee. He did it all on his own. And he knew when he had to go. He was playing with mega blocks with his younger brother and stopped. He came up to me and told me "Its pee, pee time. Pee in froggy." I asked him what he said and he told me again because he said it so fast that I did not know if I heard him right. he said "pee, pee in froggy." So we went to the restroom and he did his business. Then he washed his hands. Because I showed him to always wash your hands when you use the rest room. Trust me he loves to wash his hands. Then he asked me "brush my teeth." I said ok honey you can brush your teeth. Today was my mommy dad. I was so happy that he stopped playing with his toys and knew he had to pee and went pee in the potty. So far I like the froggy urinal. Did you ever have a day that you were so happy that your child used the potty for the first time? I know I have lol. what did you do?

Hello, I am sorry that I did not get my post up yesterday. Was really busy, then pasted out when I got home. My husband cam home today. Me and they boys have not seen him in a while. We had a family day out. We went to go eat at a Chinese buffet. Edwin went with my husband to go get food, while I took Ethan to go get food. I got Ethan some fries, chow main, rice, and broccoli. Then we went back to the table. My husband comes to the table with Edwin. Edwin has rice, shrimp, and an egg roll on his plate and tells dad “go back” so my husband and my son go back to get something. They come back with a plate with two pieces of cake on them. One for him and one for his brother. Ethan is just next to me eating his food. The. I get up to get my food while they stay with there dad. When I come back and sit down and put my plate down, Ethan all ready has his fork in my plate grabbing food off of it and Edwin telling me “what’s that”. (My husband gets up and gets food for him self. But befor he leaves he tells me that I will get jacked for my food.) I tell Edwin that it is octopus and would he like some? He tells me yes. I give him a pice on his plate. He puts it in his mouth and starts to chew on it. He can not chew it, so he spits it out and says “yuckie mommy”. He then points at a sesame ball on my plate and asked me for it. So I give him one and right when his brother seen me give him one he leans over to my plate and grabs the other one. Edwin says “mmmm, yummy mommy”. Then my husband comes back from getting food and I tell him that he was right. He then tells me you got jacked. Then Edwin repeats him. “ hahahaha, jacked mommy, hahahahah”. Ethan was eating his broccoli the whole entire time after that. Do your children always take food off your plates? I know mine always do, no mater what. We all can be eating the same food and I will always be getting my food taken away by my little munchkins. 🍰🍛🍤

Got my son Ethan a toddler bed today. He was so happy about it when we got home. He went and payed on it in the living room while I took out his crib from his room. I put the bed in his room. He was playing with jumping on it, laying on it all day, until he wanted to take a nap. He did not like his bed any more. He started walking around the house with his blanket and grabbing his ear. (Grabbing his ear, does not mean he has a ear infection. Trust me I found out, by taking him to the doctors asking about it. My son grabs his ear when he is really tired. It is an indicator.) he did not want to go to sleep in his new bed. He wanted his crib, I felt bad. I went in to his room and lated with him, but that did not work. I tried having him just lay in the bed with his stuff animal “doggie”. But that did not work either. So my husband came in and picked him up and rocked him back and forth in my arms until he fell asleep. Then he put him in his bed once he fell asleep for his nap. Good thing I had his dad there. He would never go to sleep in my arms when I rock him. For some reason he will only fall asleep in my husbands arms. We when through the same thing a night for bed time. My husband had to do his thing again and he put him to sleep. New bed adventures. What are some techniques you have to put your child to sleep in there new crib or bed? I would love to here your story’s. I will not have my husband here tomorrow and would like to know how to put him down for his nap and to bed at night. Thank you. 😁

Yesterday we all ended up with new toothbrushes. My oldest wanted a new toothbrush. Pets the cartoon characters were on the toothbrushes. He forgot about them until today. He sees the toothbrushes in the bathroom in the morning and turns to me and says “hay, mom, toothbrushes. Brush teeth”. Then his little brother came in to the bathroom. They both were standing on there stools in front of the sink. Edwin grabbed his new toothbrush and mine and his brothers. He passed out the toothbrushes. He said "Ethan ,Mom, Edwin". I was singing my toothbrush song to them while brushing my teeth. "Brush, Brush, Brush, Brush your teeth. We brush them in the front then we brush them on the sides. and don't for get to brush your tongue ." Edwin is repeating everything I am saying in his own words. "Brush, Brush, Brush, Brush your teeth Ethan. Ethan brush teeth in front. Ethan brush teeth on sides. ETHAN, Ethan brush your tongue." Then he puts his toothbrush under the water and puts it back in his paw patrol toothbrush holder and for the first time he drank some water from his cup full of water and spit it out. he turns to me and says "look Edwin spit it out." Some of you may be wondering why I am so happy about that moment. The reason is that I been working with him on rinsing out our mouths after we brush our teeth. he would always drink the water and never spit it back out. well today was the first day he finally spit the water back out and it was more then once. I love how Edwin was telling his little brother how to brush his teeth. Ethan is still learning on how to brush his teeth.

Today my son Ethan got up as normal at six am. we did our little routine we do until his older brother Edwin wakes up. Edwin normally wakes up an hour later and comes to the living room to lay down. Ethan walks a way from me and disappears for a few seconds and returns with his brothers pillow and blanket. He gives him the blanket and pillow and smiles and then starts laughing. Then Edwin looks at Ethan and starts to laugh and says "you funny, good morning, haha". Then they both start laughing and go off to play. I love my crazy boys. The little things that each of them do every day can put a smile on my face and make the whole day great even if I was having a bad day.

Today my older son asked me for chocolate cookies. I told him that we had none. He went and put his shoes on and a sweater and told me to hurry up. "Mom, Mommy, Hurry" I asked him why, where are we going? He told me "Chocolate cookies hurry mommy, Ethan" I started to laugh. I just put my other son down for a nap (Ethan). So my son wanted to go to the store because his brother was asleep and we had no chocolate cookies. So I went and got dressed and we went to the store to get chocolate cookies. Right when we got to the store and parked. He took his seat belt off and told me "lets go get chocolate cookies mommy". We went in to the store and he went and got a small basket that he walked with threw the whole store while I pushed a cart. Right when we got to his chocolate cookies, you could see a huge smile on his face. I took a box off the shelf and put it in his basket because he wanted to hold them him self. He wanted to make sure that I was getting the cookies and not forgetting them. It took a little struggle with him to get the box of cookies to the lady at the check out line to scan because he thought I was taking his cookies away from him until he seen the lady scan them and give them back to me, then I gave them back to him. He walked out of the store with his chocolate cookies in his hand. right when we got to the car he said "please, please mommy". I waited until he put his seat belt on and then I opened the box and gave him a package out of the box and opened it. He ate like two cookies before he fell a sleep in the car. laugh out loud, after the whole adventure to go get his chocolate cookies he fell a sleep. When we got home he woke up saying "Chocolate Cookies". He than went inside and gave his brother a package of cookies. they both ate there cookies and went on playing for the day. My son Edwin is two and half years old and my other son Ethan is one and half years old, he stayed home taking his nap with his father when me and my other son when to the store, if there was any concerns who my younger son stayed with, do not worry he was not left alone. He was with his father who also was taking a nap lol. 😀

Poop Chart

I know when I was a new Patent for the first time it was all about the poop chart. I make poop charts and laminate them and put a pice of Velcro on the back porch of them for easy hang up in rooms were you change diapers. I know every parent Is going to need them. I know that the first year you are learning all the different types, colors, and textures of poop 💩 lol. Doctors will always ask you how does your child poop look like. You need to know what your child’s poop looks like when they are sick. I know how crazy it is. You never thought your life would revolve around baby poop. Well it does now lol.

Here is another great Chart that I found:

Contact Me

I love to get any advice that parents have about being a new parent and what helped you out? What products were useful for you? what was your favorite part of your pregnancy? If you are interested in donating any thing for new mothers please do not hesitate to contact me.

Helping Others

I know when I was a first time mother I went crazy with everything. I went on to every baby website I could find to see what I needed for me and the baby. I went to every store and went on to there baby registry. It was so awesome because I got so many free samples in the goodie bags that it helped a lot. I found good coupons in some of the bags that worked out for me. I got to use them. I love how people around me helped me when I needed help. I started helping others that are becoming new parents. I am going to local hospitals and donating care packages to them. I try and get product donated to me from vendors to put in the care packages for new parents. I also put in good articles that I find helpful for new parents, that I thought helped me. I loom knite and crochet baby blankets and beanies to go in the care packages. I love to see the faces of the parents when they receive one of the care packages.
