Hello everyone, I recived this book. How to Be Confident: A 60 Day Guide to Better Confidence and Self Esteem for an exchange for a honest review. I have been reading this book for a couple of days. I like the book. Here are the specific benefits I received from this book. I love how the whole book is in outline format. It is very easy to read. I am still reading the book. It is a very good book. I have learned that confidence is all about believing you are and feeling the confidents. Also being confident is the main one. I know everyone out there needs a little help with confidents, like I do.

Trust me it does help. This person knows how to be confident. I would recommend this book to anybody out there that may need a little help in the confident section.
