Hello everyone out there I received these LeWonde Plantar Fasciitis Arch Support Foot Compression Braces and Heel Pain Silicone Gel Insoles for free in return for an honest review. I love these arch supports. I have been wearing them for a couple of days now. They are comfy. You can ware them both ways. you can have the massage part facing outwards to the ground or you can ware them facing towards your foot. What ever way you fell comfy. I like to ware them facing outwards, because it fells like a massage on your foot. I just move my feet up and down. It fells good for me. My two boys wanted them on also. So I put them on there feet, but they were to big. lol. My little did cry. But then he stopped when his big brother came and said "it's ok Ethan" then gave him a hug.
